How we count
Numbers are pulled read-only from each customer's production call log over the stated window. A booking is a call that ended with a confirmed appointment on the customer's own calendar. “Spam blocked” means calls Zolie screened that never needed the owner's attention — no notification, no interruption. We show individual, verified stories rather than aggregate totals on purpose.
