Why the voice decides whether the caller books

Most AI receptionists answer in a stock voice — pleasant, generic, and instantly recognizable as "the robot." How the ~20-second recording works

1. Pick "Clone my voice" at signup. It's the default choice on the signup form; the other option is Zolie's natural stock voice (more on that below).
2. Read one short script right after checkout. Your setup page shows the script — a greeting, a booking sentence, a couple of times and questions — and a record button. It takes about 20 seconds at your normal pace. Find a quiet spot and speak like you're answering a real call.
3. Zolie switches to your voice. The rest of setup — building your knowledge base from your site and menu, connecting your calendar, forwarding your line — runs at the same time. No app to install, nothing for staff to learn.
